Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, email us at skillversegloballtd@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
How to return an item
After you contact us, we will confirm the return address. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Items should be unused, in their original packaging and in a condition to be resold. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving proof that you have sent them back. Refunds are paid to the original payment method and include the standard delivery charge you paid, if any.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we will cover the return cost.
Items that cannot be returned
Items that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been opened, and personalised items, cannot be returned unless faulty.
