We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is free on UK orders. Any other delivery options and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a confirmation and tracking details where available.
Delivery problems
If your order is delayed, damaged or does not arrive, please email us at skillversegloballtd@gmail.com with your order number and we will help resolve it. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us about any damage within 48 hours.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
